Chances are you’re not drinking the recommended amount of fluid per day. That’s 13 8 oz cups for men and 9 cups for women. If chugging water’s too boring for you, you might want to consider getting a water heater to make tea. I’ve had one since college and have been using it on and off for over 10 years now. If you like drinking tea you need an electric water heater. On the weekends I’ll turn it on in the morning and have hot water on demand, it’s like having an extra faucet anywhere in the house you want that puts out boiling hot water you can’t take a shower in because you’d have to go to a burn clinic if you tried. I don’t have to boil water in a kettle and as long as it’s on it stays hot all day. Tea, hot cocoa, Jell-o, I can have all this and more without turning on the stove. Plus you can have instant noodles with it for those weekends when you don’t want to leave the house and you want to save a few dollars but you don’t want to cook also. I haven’t really noticed any big jumps in electricity bills when using it.
